Tasha and Kyle are the proud parents of a baby girl!! Yes, you read that right--after five adorable grandsons, we finally have a granddaughter!
Clara Belle (Clara was Bud's mom's name) was born at 7:20 this morning. She weighed in at 7lbs.1 1/2oz. and was 20" long. She has a full head of brownish hair that looks just a little red as the light hits it.
Clara's head is quite bruised up as she arrived face up, and they had to use forceps and the vacuum to assist in her delivery. If it weren't for that she would have had a big bow on her head in the picture!! We had fun shopping for pink on our way to the hospital. I can't wait to get her into her little princess outfit with the tulle skirt and ribbon for her hair! The boys aren't too keen on that look. LOL.
Everyone is doing fine, and I'm sure I'll get some pictures with her eyes open tomorrow.
Now I need to get the binding on the quilt!!

So happy for you Nanny Kim! Clara is gorgeous, love all the hair. Mommy and daddy look pretty perky, too. You have a whole new direction now dressing up your little doll!
