While we were in Texas over Christmas we went to Amarillo and stopped at two quilt shops. One was Sisters' Scraps. I always like this store, and it was just hard to decide what to take home with me. I ended up with this short stack of fabric.

Trina requested a birthday pillowcase for her family. She wants to start the tradition of using it during the birthday month or so. That will be finished soon.
I also picked up a couple of patterns--all Christmas related. I want to make some of these just for me to be finished for next Christmas.

Our next stop was Quilted Bliss. There I found some fabric to finish a fall quilt. The quilt is made from a fat quarter of Awesome by Sandy Gervais. While the fabric I bought isn't Awesome, it is by Sandy Gervais, and the colors blend very well.

I also purchased this calendar. Unfortunately it doesn't fit in my calendar holder. :(

Fortunately it celebrates Christmas the year round, which I love. It also includes patterns for each month's picture, so it was a twofer!
And this is what is on my design wall right now. That would be one completed table runner, and one I'm still looking at. I have actually had some design help from Clara at the bottom!

I will have a finish to show in a day or two. Have a good week.
