40 Years of Wedded Bliss!

40 years ago today we married!!  We had a small wedding with a cake/ice cream reception. Followed by a quick one night away honeymoon.  We were so young......

First it was just the two of us, and in a blink of an eye we became a family of six......

Along came the weddings and grandkids, and now we are a family of 20........

We were lucky enough to have all of our immediate family plus more celebrate with us a few weeks ago.

We had a great time!  Thanks to everyone for coming to celebrate with us.

We've changed....Just. A. Little.......

Here's hoping for many more happy and healthy years!

Christmas Day Fun!

Christmas Day started by joining Trilby, Mike, & boys for Mass in Williamsburg.  Hopefully next year we can get the rest of them to join us.  There is nothing like going to Mass with the whole family.  All of the kids and their families were here to celebrate together.

We ate lunch, cleaned up, then opened gifts. 

We opened gifts youngest to oldest(grandchildren).  Nate enjoyed opening his gifts then setting them aside to wait for the next one.  Cael is opening his gift while Nate waits patiently calmly soberly for his next turn!

Happy Birthday, Tasha!

Twenty-eight years ago today we welcomed our little red-headed daughter into our family. Trilby and Travis were thrilled to have her join our family, although Travis got tired of her quickly. Trilby thought she was her real live doll to play with! We celebrated with supper last night with the food chosen by Tasha.
